The latest addition to the Pickles household is stealing the spotlight. This does not sit well with Tommy and the other Rugrats. In response, Rugrat Chuckie comes up with an invention to send the newest member of the household, Little Dil, back to the hospital. The plan goes awry and the Rugrats and Tommy must find their way home.
